These memories are preserved so that 50 years from now, the next generation can learn from the voices of today. We believe that memory is power, and stories passed forward become guidance for the future. THE THREE MEMORY PATHS Every memory submitted becomes part of one of these three foundations: 1. Memories of Faith Stories of belief, hope, endurance, and trust in higher purpose. These memories show how faith guided your life through challenges and victories. 2. Divine Throne Memories Stories of leadership, responsibility, and building your own throne in life. This includes moments where you stood strong, made decisions, or built something meaningful. 3. Trust Memories of Oneness Stories about unity, connection, and helping others. These memories show how people worked together and supported one another. HOW TO ENTER YOUR MEMORY If you wish your name to echo through time, follow these steps: • Write one A4 page only • Tell your true life memory • Choose one of the three Memory Paths • Send your memory to our system Your memory will be archived and preserved for future generations to read 50 years from now. TRUST THE LINK Because Memories Become Legacy. Memory Storage & Update System Our memories are preserved using a Hybrid Archive System — Physical and Digital. This ensures memories remain safe, editable, and protected across generations. PRIMARY STORAGE — FILEBOOK ARCHIVES All stories are stored in Filebooks using removable pages. Each story is: • Printed on one A4 page • Placed into a Filebook Binder • Given a Memory Number • Organized under one of the Three Memory Paths: Memories of Faith Divine Throne Memories Trust Memories of Oneness If a memory needs updating: • The old page is clamped out • The new updated page is inserted • The old version is kept as a record copy This keeps history accurate while allowing growth. SECONDARY STORAGE — DIGITAL BACKUP SYSTEM Every memory is also saved digitally for protection and future access. Digital storage includes: • USB Flash Drives • External Hard Drives • Cloud Storage Platforms Such as: • Google Drive • Dropbox Each memory file is saved using: Memory Number + Name + Memory Path Example: M-001_Nkosi_Faith_Memory.pdf MEMORY SAFETY PRINCIPLE Every memory exists in three places: Physical Filebook Local Digital Storage (USB / Hard Drive) Cloud Storage Backup This ensures memories survive: • Time • Loss • Damage • System failure MEMORY UPDATE METHOD When a memory changes or grows: Write the updated version Replace the page in the Filebook Save the updated digital file Archive the previous version Nothing is deleted — history is preserved.
